Creativity, Music and Life Coaching


Helen offers a Creativity, Music and Life Coaching service based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. She trained with Newcastle College and has BTEC in Life Coaching and as well as fifteen years experience of working in the Arts and Music business. Sessions can be held at Helen's office or at the coachee's venue.


 Creativity Coaching can help with:

  • Writers block
  • Planning a project
  • Exploring and strengthening your gifts and talents
  • Overcoming fears and barriers
  • Enhancing or discovering a new skill

The sessions are one to one and on a pay as you go basis, you can book as many sessions as you wish. First session is 90 minutes (£45) and subsequent sessions are 60 minutes (£30).


 Music Coaching can help with:

  • preparing for a performance or audition
  • understanding the psychological elements of performance
  • improve improvisation and creativity
  • new composition skills

The sessions are one to one and on a pay as you go basis, you can book as many sessions as you wish: 60 minutes (£30). 


 Life Coaching can help you to:

  • Fulfil life goals and aspirations
  • Gain confidence
  • Make decisions
  • Make more of your home and social life
  • Progress with your career and training goals
